HOW DO I SEND MY CUTCO IN FOR FACTORY RESHARPENING OR REPLACEMENT?

I recommend taking a picture of everything being sent in for your records. No email confirmation required.
Package everything up safely.
Place a note inside the box with Name, Return Shipping Address, Phone, & Email.
Cutco ask that you include a check or money order in the box to cover the cost of return shipping. (1-5 items = $9, 6-10 items = $11, 11-25 items = $13, 26-40 items = $16)
