Pro Tip
My wife and I send our Cutco to the factory in New York once a year right before a family vacation. We set a yearly calendar reminder 10 days before our trip so we have plenty of time to complete our White Glove Service Request and receive our discounted UPS shipping label.
The typical turnaround is about 2 weeks (up to 3 weeks during the holiday season), so our knives are freshly sharpened, inspected, and waiting for us shortly after we return home.
A Little About Me
My wife, Jenni, and our three daughters—Kayleigh, Isabelle, and Hazel—are my greatest blessings. There's never a dull moment with three girls ages 5 and under!
