FOR FACTORY SERVICE: *NEW* WHITE GLOVE FACTORY SHIP BACK SERVICE. Take a photo of all your Cutco items laid out to be serviced. Submit A White Glove Service Request Form (email retentiongiftingteam@gmail.com) and our team will email you a packing slip to go inside the box and a shipping label that covers round trip shipping. Discounted Shipping Rate For Shipping (To and From The Cutco Factory) ~ $30 for 9 Items or less. $40 for 10 or more items. Call me direct for payment over the phone 847.691.7367.
FOR SERVICE: Visit my NEW website www.sharpeningevents.com to schedule a local appointment at my next On The Spot service event. Please note my local service area is only available in select areas of Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, And Illinois. Any items we can't service on the spot or needs repair / replacement, you can utilize my ship White Glove Ship Back Service to the Cutco Factory. These locations are subject to change based on demand. If you're located in area I don't personally service we can utilize the discounted shipping option for the White Glove Factory Service. Most clients will put in their calendar to send Cutco in 3-5 days before they go out of town / vacation for 1-2 so they are not without their Cutco. This is what we do every year :)
